Wax and Wayne in The Alloy of Law. The Alloy of Law, Book One in the Wax and Wayne Trilogy is the next book in the Cosmere reading order. Though this is a separate trilogy, it is the fourth book in the Mistborn saga. The Alloy of Law takes place on Scadrial, the Shardworld, where Era 1 of Mistborn occurs.Nightblood follows this command to the best of its tremendous ability. Whatever Nightblood's edge strikes is destroyed - not broken or damaged - obliterated. While the edge destroys instantly, the hilt rapidly destroys the weilder. First the persons investiture is rapidly sucked away and is consumed. Then comes the persons life.

Best. Raddatatta •. I would put Odium as more dangerous than Harmony. In the WoBs / Era 2 we've seen Harmony can barely act to do anything because of how divided he is. Also having 2 shards seems to not really give him a power boost but more issues in terms of acting. I would put Kelsier above Marsh.

I think it's a good move to introduce the Cosmere to a very large and diverse community. Sure there are a lot, mostly, children; however, there are plenty of older teens and adults that play as well and they could get sucked into our universe. jmcgit. Elantris. Mistborn 1-3. Emperor's Soul. Warbreaker. Stormlight Archives 1-2. Mistborn 4. I posted this because, as many people don't know, Brandon Sanderson's works take place in a universe called the cosmere. The mystery of Trell is very well done (so far). Top 10%.I think a Roshar/Scadrial war is the end goal of the Cosmere, and the final Mistborn series- the one that Sanderson says will be a space opera- is the series where it will take place. Roshar will be on the side of splintering every Shard down into smaller, more manageable parts (like Spren!) and Scadrial will be trying to reunite the Shards ...

Hey. I've finished reading Tress Of The Emerald Sea. Another absolutely amazing Cosmere novel. Something that I love about Brandon Sanderson is that he always exeeds and defies expectations. I was expecting Tress to be just be a small story told in the Cosmere that didn't really connect to anything else. Like the novel equivalent of a short ...Split each book into 6-episode standalone seasons, at 60-80 minutes per episode. Longer episodes allow the characters and atmosphere to be fleshed out, while the short seasons allow for more effort to go into individual arcs, also ensuring the production costs remain manageable. 1. As others point out, at the start of the story, you have two completely distinct worlds, one with Yumi, the other with the Nightmare Painter (he calls himself "Painter"). There is obvious setup for each world, and that takes awhile. I was recommended this one by a few people who have read everything. The Cosmere is a star cluster of 50-100 stars (and the corresponding space in the cognitive realm). Brandon has said that anything outside this area is out of scope of the story, so whether there are other Adonalsiums outside of it, or whether there's anything at all outside of it, isn't really accessible. While a lot of this is speculative, I think the Stormlight timeline is pretty solid: five year gap between 5 & 6, then three year gaps between 6 through 10. Less solid is the projected conclusion of the Cosmere itself in 2052–that could be shortened or extended by ~5 years easily.

Also having 2 shards seems to not really give him a power boost but more issues in terms of acting. I would put Kelsier above Marsh. The space-age cosmere has so far hinted at a cultural cold war between Roshar and Scadrial, with Scadrians developing a foothold on First of the Sun. However, Autonomy is currently an enigma, and would definitely not take kindly to someone interfering on one of their Shardworlds, because it has been confirmed that Patji is associated with Autonomy. He’d like to write more Cosmere worlds, but most of his time is going to be taken up by Mistborn and Stormlight. There’s plenty of other worlds to write about. Sixth of Dusk and Shadows for Silence would both be great worlds for a grittier author to write in.
