I'm just curious about this. Is there any real penalty or drawback to resetting a excavation early? The only thing it says is that you suffer a 90% penalty to production until you Abdicate, and the cost to reset again will increase. But if you just abdicate after resetting, couldn't you just keep abusing the reset option this way? Or is there a more long-term penalty too?
