Primed chamber has more collection value than real aplycability, is essentially the same as charged chamber, you just need to know that mod to understand why most snipers barely use both. Primed Chamber is really only good on the Vectis and the Vectis Prime (with a high enough ranked Depleted Reload to reduce the mag to 1) since it increases the damage with every single shot) because t's basically a lower rank serration with reduced cost. Unlike other Baro mods like primed flow, primed continuity or the dual shock mods, primed chamber is pretty much useless. It's not in a normal player progression unlike other primed mods.
