I was impressed at the pockets of airiness within the waffle and the webs of spun sugar within the batter. The toppings were also very fresh even late in the evening. The whipped cream comes flavored with something I can't place but that was very nice. The macchiato was an A+. I would like to try Wafels and Dinges at some point in person.
