Just do the AnKing deck and only do the Pathoma, Sketchy micro and Sketchy pharm tags. i think pepper is exclusively sketchy but lolnotacop seems to have first aid/other resources in addition to the sketchy. for instance gram+ cocci pepper had like 71 cards whereas lolnotacop had >200 i think. Oh okay got it. I know I’m weird but I actually don’t like Sketchy so I was looking for a non-sketchy based micro deck.

If you don’t use anki, the next best thing to do is periodically look at the full sketchy picture with no labels and make sure you know 1) the bug associated with the image 2) go through each symbol and recall what everything stands for & 3) try to recall the entire scene without looking at it.
