Not much really irritates me, but this does affect scenes since they are so high up they sort of disappear into the body or act in weird ways with female collisions in certain positions since the balls themselves have collision files. When CTDs occurred, Faster HDT-SPM was loaded after 3BA and I had a setup SMP and CBPC full (breasts, butt, thighs, calves, genitals), so this mod was overwriting plenty of 3BA's .xml files.
